Mike Davis, CHEP, founded Davis Emergency Management Solutions following more than 15 years of real-world disaster response and emergency management experience across healthcare, government, and the private sector. As President and Lead Consultant, Mike builds preparedness and continuity programs that perform under real operational pressure.
Danielle Davis, RN, MSN, serves as CEO and Clinical Advisor. She built her career at the bedside and in the OR, accumulating more than 25 years of frontline nursing and operational leadership across major health systems, including Scripps Health, Kaiser Permanente, Stanford University Hospital, and BayCare Health. Danielle’s clinical experience ensures preparedness and continuity programs align with real hospital operations and patient care workflows.
Together, they bring emergency management expertise and frontline clinical leadership to each engagement. When additional depth is needed, DEMS leverages a trusted network of nationally recognized subject matter experts in disaster medicine, public health, healthcare operations, and emergency management.
